Paying for no existing service
Went to see one of your doctors in Glen Marais in Kempton park. Paid for blood tests before I left. 2 weeks later still no results. Is this how you work. Charge for a service you can't deliver or maybe the doctors just don't care to call with the results. How do I get a refund for this lack of service.
