Paperless not working

Saw Dr Schoeman in January 2015. Bills sent to my medical. I saw 1 bill was not paid and waited for Intercare bill by post or email. NOTHING. On 15 June sms from *** received saying R262.67 outstanding for Dr PASCOE. I immediately sms's asking who patient was as Pascoe did not ring a bell. NOTHING! On 10 July sms from *** Saying account is handed over. I asked again via sms and then decided to call Pretoria no. on sms. Janadia told me that It is handed over and I must pay legal costs. I then called Kings Park, clearly upset, trying to find out who Pascoe was. Liezel left me hanging with the phone on the desk. I emailed Desire Brynard who explained who Dr Pascoe was. I paid the bill on 10 July via internet. On 15 July Mrs Hoiugaard from Schulenburg Attorneys in Pretoria calls me to say oh by the way there is 9% per month interest added for overdue account. I owe them another R260. The first email I received with a bill from Intercare was 10 July. If they can prove otherwise, I will appologise. Paperless clearly does not work and this is a bureacracy. They are ****** bloodsuckers and need to do something about their acc system.
