No Contact but can run to attorneys
Good Day
Trust you are well.
I'm so dissatisfied with the way our account has been handled. I specifically advised the hospital that they need to contact me with regards to the account payments.
They decided to make contact with my partner who works crazy hours and I knew he would not be able to contact them that's the reason why I asked that I be contacted.
I took responsibility for any outstanding payments.
Guess what they did. They failed to send me the information and decided to hand the account over to Schulenburg Attorneys and when I tried to make payment arrangements with them they didn't want to listen and the lady then sent me a mail to say I was listed as a bad payer.
Yes, I took accountability for the account but not once did the hospital make contact with me yet they have my contact details.
What's worst is that the attorneys doesn't want to accept a payment arrangement.
This is disgusting service from the hospital

Your attorneys that you referred the matter to are sending me threatening messages because I also logged a complaint against them.
They advised in their sms: S Huges Refer to your false statements on social media. You are required to retract the statements and settle the amount of R8288.00 immediately and sent and proof of payment before close of business today. Failure we will have no alternative but to proceed for damages against yourself Schulenburg inc ***
When in fact you guys never contacted me and I contacted them and they never responded on my email.

You promised to call me and this never happened. Hoe do you as such a big company go into this site and promise to call your customer and you don't.
I'm protected by the consumer act that states a service provider can't take you to a attorney firm if they haven't made contact with and your company went against this act.
Your attorney firm listed me as a bad payer and this is my credit score you messing with. Let me tell you something I have an amazing credit score which I've worked on for many years.
You not getting back to does not look good for you in any avenue.
You need to contact me before your attorneys does became I told them I'll have feedback for them by Monday. They treated to take me to court for deformation on their company yet yiu are the ones that is on the wrong
