No clue

If ever an organisation had no clue of administration it is this one. They have an amazing selection of doctors but their administration from reception to accounts is the equivalent to what you will find in a war torn country, they are clueless and hopeless. <br> <br> You phone to make an appointment, for your one year old, they don't want to give it to you because apparently you have R300 outstanding. You speak to the practice manager to sort it out, they fail to register it and then they want to charge you overtime rates because they cant fit you in. <br> <br> You query it, they email you because they are too scared to phone you, and then when you reply on that email, nobody gets back to you. <br> <br> You go in to query it and the relevant person is not available but the receptionist tells you that is an old trick. You are one of many and they will now just hand you over. <br> <br> Disgusting and useless is what I call it. <br>
