Lazy management

I don't have any issue with the doctors, they are very professional. My issue is that I been handed over to their schulenburg attorney for the account that was paid by my medical aid. The worst part is that no one from intercare called to tell me that they didn't receive payment from medical aid, they just handed my account directly to their attorney.when I called the admin lady she said indeed payment was made but to their old account number. She said it was my responsibility to ensure that my medical aid pay to their updated account number. Now their attorneys are harassing me day by day.
