Lacking patient centricity

i booked an appointment at the intercare century city for 5:15pm knowing that there was a possibility that the doctor may run late. Irrespective, as a matter of respect, I arrived at 5pm. Other than the greeting from the ladies at the front reception, not one person bothered to confirm how late the doctor was running or to keep me updated. Here I sit, an hour after my appointment with no update, apology or engagement. You really need to relook at the way you conduct your business as I truly felt like a number waiting in a queue. This is the sort of service I expect from a public hospital, not a private one. If you look at the rates charged, it definitely doesn't warrant the service received.
