Intercare Fourways lacks personal service and common decency.<br> The centre manager does not return calls nor does she have the mannerisms that should be associated with an individual in this role<br> Dr Frye does not return calls.<br> My wife needed her blood test results and had to phone over 15 times before she eventually spoke to a nurse who gave them to her. I tried to call and held on for over 6 minutes before someone answered.<br> This is not good service<br>
