INTERCARE - WILGEHEUWEL - ***** - STAY AWAY

Whatever you do, do not go to Intercare Wilgeheuwel especially Dr James Bottom the doctor not the dentist!

Myself and Dr Bottom had a agreement that he sees my son every 6 months and write him 3 months scripts, after the 3 months are done - I need to phone to get the repeat for the next 3 months scripts which I pay for in anycase. I have been doing this with the doctor for more than a year. Today he called me a **** and said that he never said it, even though I distinctively remember him saying that he thinks its fair that he says him every 6 months, and we have been doing this all along.

Now he doesn't want to give me repeats of scripts as I need to book another consultation with him just for script??????????????????. I saw him on the 26th of July 2019 - so its only been 3 Months.

I am disgusted that doctors don't really care about patients and only about money!

So whatever you do and you have no choice please don't book a consultation with Dr James Bottom.
