Intercare Tygervaley - Dr HARTSHORNE Charges 3 times the rates than other Intercare clinics in the area

My daughter has gone to Intercare Tyger Valley dental to get a cavity fixed. After the procedure, that took only 30 minutes, she was slapped with an invoice for R4600. I had a tooth rebuild done at Intercare in Blaauwberg for R1200. If I compare the itemized billing the items are exactly the same just 3 times higher values from the Tyger Valley Intercare. This should be be ******* to just inflate costs as you see fit, and it is definitely ********* of a medical practitioner to blatantly overcharge customers as they see fit. I raised this with the accounts department who told me that the customer is always informed that it is a private clinic but did not mention that you will be grossly overcharged. I asked for a recording of the conversation as proof that she was informed, but obviously they are now stalling on that. I am pretty sure they will try and avoid the issue as they obviously are a completely ********* bunch including the finance department that allows this to happen.
