Intercare? Try Intercouldn'tcareless

I had an appointment with one of the dentists at fourways intercare today at 16:30, and lo and behold when I showed up the dental department had closed for the day. Do they care so little for patients that they don't even bother to call them and cancel appointments they just close shop? This is beyond being unprofessional, it is downright stupid. Go figure, guess if I will ever go back there again? uhm no. I even remember the secretary saying there is a 16:30 slot when I booked more than a week ago, I specifically asked her how late the practice closes and she said 17:30. According to the cashier at the entrance this doctor had left at 12:30 already. Thing is, I don't know whether it's the doctor or the secretary, but it doesn't matter, they have lost my business and I certainly won't refer someone to any intercare. It goes to show you, what if I had an emergency? Intercare hospital would not have been able to assist me, that is scary. I'm sure they will pull this stunt again in future and lose even more clients. If you are incapable of delivering professional service, there are just too many others that will.
