Intercare Summerstrand - Dismal failure in service.

I booked an appointment to see a GP, received both the confirmation email as well as a confirmation sms. When I got to the Intercare prioir to my designated time slot, I was informed that the Dr will only see pts on first come first serve basis, and that no bookings take place over the weekend. The receptionist informed me that she did phone me, but I had no missed call from her. Nowhere on the website, email or sms that I got did it state at any point that appointments are on a first come first serve basis over weekends. I then had to wait to be seen by the GP, even though I had made a booking.
