Intercare sub acute hospital hazel dean

My brother Mr Legaudise Nkadimeng was admitted at netcare hospital pholoso polokwane on the 02 of August till the 20 of September where he was then transferred by his treating DR Garrison Mathole to intercare hospital for further assistant. My brother was born with cerebral palsy. The hospital intercare is turning my brother away as they are claiming that they did not get a full report regarding my brother's medical condition , they want to return my brother back to netcare hospital. 1 why did they agree to admit my brother at their hospital to start with if there was no full report 2. How does a midical aid approve a transfer of patient without factual proof stating reasons for the transferring 3. Why is the hospital failing to help my brother if they agreed to admit him , this is a medical center with well trained DRS who are capable of treating patients. I sent an email to on the 20 of September to vicky Lube the case manager at intercare hospital asking why are they turning my brother away she failed to respond to my email. I do not understand why can healthcare facility treat someone with a disability like this , we need factual facts from them before they can turn my brother away to another hospital because we did not decide to dump my brother there they agreed to admit him. I think there is more to this situation.my question is are they turning my brother away because he is disabled or is this one of the racial issues again
