I’ve been using this facility for many years and the Staff are exceptionally professional, hence I was surprised today to get a Nasty attitude & downright rude attitude from one of the receptionist with overgrown Cornrows. Its your Job to educate Patients how your Process works, not give a Cheeky or a straatmate response when being asked what’s needed for assistance. What do you think this is ? do you think this is ShopRite Cashiers Till point or what ?
