Intercare Sandton Day Clinic - admin and finance department complaint
Intercare Sandton Day Clinic. The nurses and doctors were awesome. However, admin and finance departments are absolutely appalling. A refund is due to me. I completed the form submitted the return request and 8 WORKING DAYS LATER. Still nothing. Myrna Meyer is waiting on Priscilla Valley for an answer.

18 Mar 2024, 14:3225 minutes later after posting the complaint. Priscilla Valley rep**** via email that the refund has been approved and apologised for the delay. They have undertaken that I will receive the money between 7 to 10 working days.
