Intercare refusing to see a high risk pregnant lady.

Castlegate Intercare refusing to see a high risk pregnant lady when my medical aid has indicated on two lists of network providers that Intercare is listed.

Even after explaining that I’m on a maternity program and all they had to do was use the maternity code, they still refused.

Admin staff is rude, unprofessional and even refused or didn’t know that all they had to do was phone my medical aid to get authorisation.

Would never go back again!
