I’m very pleased with the care at this practice. I saw Dr. M.C. Vergie last Wednesday for flu symptoms, took Thursday and Friday off to recover, and after her prescription, I’m fully better. If doctors were rated out of 10, she’d get 11/10!
The only issue has been communication from the financial department regarding payments. The medical centre seems to have multiple account or finance email addresses, and I cannot get a confirmed response that my accounts have been paid in full, despite sending multiple follow-up emails.
Overall, excellent medical care, but clearer payment communication would make the experience even better.
