Intercare Milnerton: Disgusted and Appalled

Intercare Milnerton should be ashamed to call themselves medical service providers. My experience start to finish was appalling. I was first met with cold and unfriendly receptionists, Dr Ilana Joubert takes the cake as the worst medical doctor I’ve ever had the displeasure of coming into contact with. She managed to review my medical history, check my symptoms and give me a medical certificate within 2 minutes. I was shunted along, not given correct medication and when I contacted them to ask for an extension of my sick leave as I was still NOT better and had a terrible reaction to the medication prescribed, I was met with complete silence on her end. I am disgusted and appalled with this treatment. I will never set foot in Intercare Milnerton again and I urge any person who wants quality medical treatment to follow, this business cares about one thing, making money and not the wellbeing that their patients.
