Intercare Lying on their Hellopeter response !

I put a complaint on Hellopeter about Intercare and their disregard for pensioners discounts and the way my Mom was dealt with by the staff and their response was a BLATANT lie ! They said they had contacted my Mom and that she understood the charges and found them to be acceptable, well this is not the case. Perhaps you should consider your patients as human beings rather than just cash ***s ! I will make sure to find an alternative in future and spread the word of how disrespectful and expensive Intercare is.
