Intercare Hazeldean very unhealthy for a medical facility

This facility treated my wife like a ****. She had an appointment this morning with a dental specialist. Was told to arrive at 6am for the procedure. At 8h25, she got told that she needs a copayment of R3560. Just like that. This appointment was made two weeks ago. No one indicated the need for that kind of cash before any procedure being done on her. She's not slept for weeks as a result of this painful tooth that the said dentist failed to remove using local anesthesia. So today she has to be back home with the same issue as we don't have that kind of cash. And medical aids are taken to take care of such. So if Intercare isn't able to to manage internal processes this simple , how can they be re**** upon with our medical care? I think if she had a different color she was never gona be made to wait for two hours without being attended to. Let alone to be told on the spot to bring over 3000. Sies man.
