Intercare Fourways- Rude new nurse

The new nurse i think her name is Khanyi was terrorising the nurse that was assisting me (she wears glasses). I was in the cubicles getting my drip and she was literally hauling insults at my nurse so much so that their manger Daphney had to step in. Khanyi was extremely rude to my nurse and took away from my experience at the clinic/day hospital. If i wanted to be subjected to unprofessional mannerism, i wouldn’t have gone to intercare. So unprofessional to provoke someone while they are trying their utmost best to take care of their patient. So rude and uncalled for!
