Intercare Don't Care

Terrible service from the doctor's PA. Communication is non-existent, after a couple of calls. Not to mention the unprofessional manner in which patients are addressed. When you do get requested information via email, you get an email with a heading, no message and an attachment (containing both my sick note and referral to the guyne). Surely this should not be in one pdf document???? The sick note is for my work and the referral for the guyne? In addition I asked for an extra day sick leave as I was not feeling well. Surely you would expect a question like lets revisit to see why you are not feeling well? No service in that regard. What happened to actually caring for patients? As a result of this PA the receptionists, who was trying to be helpful, did not get the best end of it and the PA is just oblivious of his actions.
