Intercare does not care about it's clients.

I started my orthodontic treatment with Intercare Tremshed and have fully settled my fees. However, when my dentist Dr Motladi relocated, I was assigned a new orthodontist who refused to see me without additional payment. Despite having already settled my fees, I'm being asked to pay again. As someone currently facing unemployment, this has been very frustrating and unfair.

I've tried to resolve the issue with the practice multiple times, and even escalated it to their head office several times, but I've yet to receive a resolution. It's disappointing to see a practice that seems more interested in generating additional revenue than in providing quality care and honoring their agreements.

I haven't been able to secure an appointment with the new dentist for 8 months now and this has obviously affected by dental health, Intercare does not care about it's client.
