Intercare claims double payment

I visited intercare at Hazeldean and I have paid for the consultation in cash. But Intercare has also claimed the same amount from my Medical aid, it was also paid to Intercare. I appreciate Intercare providing the refund and addressing the control weakness where your control fails to prevent double payment.
