Intercare Castle Gate Public Holiday No Go!

Do not use Intercare Castle Gate for emergencies on public holidays / after hours, the Dr there in my experience did NOT treat my issues, I lodged a complaint and requested they waive my fee for the public holiday as I had to return the following day to see my actual Dr who is amazing and immediately treated me with the correct medicine, so the public holiday cost me about R2500 including medicine that I stopped using the following day when I received MORE and the correct medicine. They just said no, they feel the doctor treated me correctly. For reference, I went in with a swollen tongue and was diagnosed with bronchitis, went back the following day and turned out I had a infection in a gland, so yes, never going back there unfortunately...
