I had an absolutely shocking experience with Dr. Elaura Merchant. From the moment I entered her consultation room, I knew I had made the wrong decision. She was cold, aloof, and did not greet or acknowledge me. Worse, she completely ignored my visibly broken and bleeding toe.

Despite the severity of my injury, she failed to write a referral letter to a specialist or even call to communicate the urgency of my condition. As a result, I had to return to the emergency room, where another doctor was shocked by her lack of proper care. My toe was indeed broken, had an open wound, and required urgent surgery—something she completely overlooked.

For the safety of other patients, I strongly advise against visiting this doctor. Negligence like this should not go unnoticed.
