For Healthcare Practitioners, this place is a disgrace. Went there twice. Once with a sickly son. The Doctors there are incredibly ******. Especially Dr Elaura Merchant. She didnt greet me but proceeded to ask me "what can I do for you" with a tone before I could sit down. I regretted why I was there. She did a pap smear & had me bleeding. The entire process was a nightmare with her equipment just traumatising my private part. In the end she told me to get dressed because the blood sample wouldnt be a good sample. I had tears in my eyes this time. She Never answered any questions I had like a medical professional. When I asked her a question she just looked at me without responding or was condescending and just shook her head. If you are black and value your dignity & the money you pay towards medical aid/consultation fee, please stay away from this backward, awful place.
