Intercare, accounts

When I scroll through their reviews, accounts seems to be the biggest problem with Intercare. I have the same problem. Every single time I go to the dentist, I get harassed by their accounts department. They either don't submit claims or they submit the claim months after the service and then they still send incorrect codes to your medical aid. It does not help you call them either. I tried to help Sipho, unfortunately he does not seem to understand that when you tell someone you will call them back, you should actually call them back. I have multiple recorded phone calls that I have sent Intercare as well as my dentist, yet nothing is working with them. Frustrating to say the least. Useless
