Intercare Account handover procedure

How does your company hand over peoples accou ts and then we get threatening messages and emails and are unable to make any payment arrangements whatsoever?? Schulenburg attorney's is disgusting they are rude and refuse to help its pay or be listed pay or im taking your assets? This is not on how are we supposed to settle accounts when this is the treatment we recieve when trying to arrange to pay off accounts??
