intercape needs to wake up and smell the time

This is very poorservice from Intercape. <br> <br> I was on the bus at 20 past 6 Tonight. The bus was was supposed to leave at 25 to 7. How ever only left at 7 how do you keep your customers this is so not worth the money I paid for. Come on time may not be important to you but it is to me. This will mean you have lost a client
