Inter Care Less Intercare

Intercare, I find it so ironic that people would name their business Intercare, where care is most certainly not whey are about. I took my 79 year old mother to them on the 22nd Feb 2021. They gave her some medication for 7 days, during which their undertaking was to prepare a quotation for us and our Medical Aid. When I calles on yhe 25th the caring dr had not even pre-pared the quotation. The 7 days have come and gone. I realize that we probably had the misfortune of getting allocated to their only lazy unprofessional dr and would normally not have accuses the entire group because of 1 individual, but as I have already email and called to bring this dissatisfaction to their attention, this caring group stays silent. Sad Might I mention that naturally this caring group did have the time to submit their claim our visit to our medical. Money always comes before care with Intercare
