INEFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION CHANNELS
Due to the large structure, doctors are UNREACHABLE for any details or explanations on diagnosis by medical aids. As such, I am now in a position where I am being served with summons!! All because me and the medical aid have been unable to reach the doctor for months now!!
SO FRUSTRATING!!!
