*********** ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT
I went to Intercare at the end of March 2015. My medical aid never sent me a notice that they did not pay the visit, but neither did Intercare. On 4 September 2015 I received the first and only statement from Intercare via e-mail. I made payment on 7 September and sent proof of payment the morning of 8 September. On 17 September I received an sms, threatening to list my ID number at the Credit Bureau. Veronique Kleynhans sent me a mail saying that my account was withdrawn form the handovers DONE on 11 September. This does not make sense as I already paid on 7 September, why would I be handed over then 4 days later? This accounts department is truely useless and does not even apologize for bad service from their side. I hope for their sake that this is resolved. I will never visit Intercare again and also never refer anyone to them.
Note that your account was handed over after 180 days of non-payment.
Statements were sent to you by Intercare and your fund. On 22 July, you again confirmed your contact details and indicated that payment will be done in August - which did not happen - hence the hand over to our laywers.
Payment was done on 8 September but only reflected on our bank statements on 14 September.
We consider the matter settled.

Intercare
