I have been billed for services i did not get.

My name is Melinda Stuurman. <br> <br> I was billed at Intercare for something I did not receive . I wanted a yellow fever injection and the doctor told me that they don't have it. She gave me places where I can get it. I went to M-Kem Medicine city in Bellville and got the injection there.<br> <br> After receiving lawyers letters, I contacted Intercare and told them I didn't get the injection from them. They in turn told me I was billed for a consultaion. I asked what the code was that I was billed for and I was given this code
