Horrible service from Intercare Walmer

I am totally disappointed with Intercare Walmer. I have been a going to this practice for more than 5 years. Only to be told an a recent visit that they lost my file. X-rays everything. I now need a referral from them and they can't help me because all my history is gone. The doctors who treated me previously have left. Honestly this is just ridiculous. The rate of turn over for their doctors is terrible. Why does a doctor ask me to upload my days visit to Discovery portal and yet they can access nothing. I must come in and be rediagnosed with a condition that I was already operated on for. How many Thousands more must I now spend at Intercare Walmer to get a referral. I feel terribly let down by my Dr practice of years.
