HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL NTERCARE DENTIST DR HARTSHORNE

I received the most ********** service from Dr Hartshorne, dentist Intercare Tygervalley. The first warning sign was with my first visit (after the consultation visit) when he started working on the wrong tooth. I decided not to make an issue out of it.

With the second and last appointment Dr Hartshorne was unreasonably late for my scheduled appointment without him or his staff communicating with me. When I addressed his tardiness, he raised his voice at me and told me I was making my problem his problem and that I have no understanding of how things work - I do not consider these responses valid excuses for being late or not knowing how to properly communicate with clients re appointment times, managing their expectations.

I do, however, consider Dr Hartshorne's conduct extremely rude, disrespectful and highly unprofessional business practices. For obvious reasons I had to walk out of the meeting and I will never be returning to Intercare again!
