Great service, pleasant and efficient service by Ilza Klein at Intercare Tygervally. Requested a repeat prescription ...sent my email request to an incorrect section...called to check & ILza immediately assisted...arranged for Dr Kinghorn to provide the repeat, then emailed it to my pharmacy dispensary. Took the trouble to call me back to say the script per email had been sent...and then waited 10mins before leaving for home to confirm that email had been received at dispensary. Many receptionists & secretaries can learn from this professionalism...sadly lacking in many businesses these days.. Thank you.
