Failing at modern service delivery
I am a client of intercare. I signed up with tygervalley. I wanted to have a virtual appointment with a doctor at your century city branch as they had a convenient time available.
I was phoned by the receptionist stating that because I have physically not been at that branch before I am not able to have a virtual appointment. The reason I was given is that the branches are not interlinked and the receptionist did not want to call Tygervalley to get my details.
I think this is completely unacceptable you are one company. I am also a discovery client and I know for a fact that discovery has a data sharing app that all doctors use.
I am now reconsidering my preferred doctor practice for my family. This is not customer centric service.
