Dr's Neglegance but Patient gets handed over

Dr Webber's rooms rendered service on 8/10/2013. I paid my medical contribution on service day in full. Dr Webber's rooms then had to submit the remainder of account to Medihelp for payment within 3 months- standard practice. Feb 2014 Dr Webber's acc dept contact me about outstanding acc. Medihelp verified 1st receipt of acc only on 25/1/2014 and conf if proof of submission within the 3m period is provided that they will accept acc for payment. Dr Webber's acc dept failed to provide proof of this and in turn handed me over to Schulenburg Attorneys. I had corresponded with Mrs Bennette at Schulenburg Attorneys through out 2014 trying to solve this matter to no avail. May 2015 a new employee of Schulenburg Attorneys starts threatening us for payment. I yet again explained the matter forwarding all correspondence with Mrs Bennette to them, now I am being blacklisted. Yes, I did sign the standard doc at Dr's rooms conf I will be liable for acc in case Medical aid fails to pay - that doesn't mean I am liable for acc because Dr Webber are practicing under an ********* code of conduct. This is unacceptable to be victomized because Dr Webber cannot admit their wrong doing in the matter.
