Dr Christiaan Schutte (Intercare Fourways Dentist) late for his own appointment...

Dr Christiaan Schutte from Intercare Fourways was late for his own appointment and no call from his office??? This is extremely unprofessional. An appointment was scheduled for 22 March 2018 at 8am. We have made all our arrangements, rescheduled meetings etc to be at his office at 7h45. When we got there we were told that he is late for his appointment (in traffic) and will only be in later. Excuse me, but we had to make arrangement to be on time, just to be told that he is going to be late. This is not acceptable, and not professional. If you make appointments for 8am then you should be there at 8am. Otherwise why do you schedule the appointments for 8am. Rather then start scheduling the appointments from 9am or 10am..... Very disappointed and frustrated! We had our day planned and now we have to reschedule the appointment for another day????!!!!! Time wasting, and a whole lot of arrangements - all for nothing!! #intercare #intercarefourways
