DON'T USE THERE ONLINE FACILITIES!!!!!

They really don't care! Please beware and do not make use of the online facility. They do not check it. We made an appointment for Monday afternoon during the weekend. Once there they inform us that we cannot use the online booking. What would it cost to just put a notice on there website or even just to phone or maybe just in their automated email mention that the booking is not valid? Really poor service!
