Doctor not available

<p>I inserted a Mirena at your wonderboom brach in January, by Doctor Ronel Smit and It fell of in April. I called to make an appoitment with her and I was told that she is unavailable until end of April.And i was told that no one else can help me as you dont have any female doctors. I called again today, 10 May and i was told that she is still away, and they dont know when she is coming back. I am very disappointed in Intercare and this is a very expensive device. Please advice on what I should do next.</p>
