Dissapointed Intercare loyalist.

Intercare account apparently handed over to Schulenburg Attorneys, and this i find out just after settling the account. The person I spoke to from Schulenburg Attorneys first thing she says is that your name and ID number will be listed to credit B, with no context and them ever communicating with me. I didnt ask for more info and refused to take instructions from her and told to call Intercare and get all details from them, i have no interest talking to people that think they can bully their way to anything. Now the moment the lady starting speaking it took me back to 2013/4 where an account of mine was handed over to them with no communication it doubled in value with no explaination of how that happened. The attorney i spoke to was just completely rude and dismissive to an extent that my attending doctor (Dr K Bekker) from Intercare had to intervene. Been loyal to the brand because of people like him.
