Breach of confidentialty

Does InterCare have a confidentiality policy by which your staff are meant to adhere by? If so, you may need to look into how you enforce it.

You have a management staff member that divulges details about staff and their transgressions including their terminations outside the office.

The staff member from what I understand is the 2IC to the branch manager for the Northriding branch.

Having heard these stories and the unprofessionalism, I have chosen to use a completely different healthcare provider for my family which means I travel further but I find it unacceptable to support an organisation so close to me with these types of issues presenting.

Protect your staff and their reputations.
