BAD SERVICE AT INTERCARE GLENFAIR

I do not know if they even derserve a star!! What a waste of time!!! Looking at all the complaints, I do not know how Intercare even exists!

I booked a virtual appointment fir my wife at Intercare Glenfair. Appointment was for 17:15. We received confirmatiin as well as the link and steps to be followed.

My wife signed in as instructed and waited for nearly an hour. We called Intercare, and after waiting another 15 minutes fir the ooerator, to be informed that this was my wife's 1st appointment and that they do not have virtual appointments for first time. No one called to inform us about this, no one went into the "waiting room" to assist us. My wife does have a file at intercare and we signed a permission form to have our information available. My wife tried to talk to the dr, dr Labuschagne, who was extremely rude and refused to assist as rules are rules!! As far as I know, a doctor DEPENDS on hus or her patients for an income! Why beibg si rude and refuse assistance? Did they not sign an oath? Is this how they deal with patients? I am woring in an industry where I am dealing with the health council and will report this to the council.
