bad service and neglect of patient

My dad is currently at intercare hazeldean and is not receiving the proper care. The nurses aren't following the treatment made by the doctors, don't even arrive on duty with the proper uniform, don't stay within hospital rules and the list goes on and on. This is not in the interest of the patient.
