Bad service

I went to intercare mall @55 @18:00 21/12 as a walk in patient and requested to see a Dr. The receptionist Metja told me about the rain and knocking. She even said the will refuse to see walkins. I am so extremely disappointed about the service. I am patient in that facility and have never been treated like that. When I asked about Dr Mogashane since I am his patient, the receptionist said that the Dr left @ 4.To my surprise while I was standing outside and writing this review. Dr Mogashane passed me and I greeted him. Clearly the issue with the receptionist was going home early. Such poor service for a health facility worker.
