Bad service

I consultant on the 1st of November and I normally get a statement or invoice and pay and today I received the below sms from account dept .this really a bad service from their account dept and it not the first time I have complained about the account dept

Dr Witthuhn and Ass. *** R559.32 outstanding. Regrettably we are compelled to take legal action if not paid. Tel ********** 877
