Awful attitude
This afternoon about 17:40 ( the closing time is 18:00),we were at Intercare Fourways, cos my wife had an ear tinnitus and we wanted to see a GP. When I greeted the reception lady(Sarah), she turned the cold face to me seeing us as unwelcome guest. Then I asked whether we can see a GP and she said DR is fully booked today. There were no one there waiting to see DR, so I asked that there was no people here waiting for DR, I asked whether she can go and ask DR. Then she seemed very unhappy, raising the arms crossed on the chest, saying that DR told her not to accept any patient at this time and if we want to see a DR, we can go to trauma. She said we must listen to her instruction and she can't help us.Then I said it's not closed yet, please go and ask DR first. Then she just raised the voice saying that it's the HOSPITAL's PROCOTOL not to accept the patient at this time!!!! I was annoyed, shouting at her asking for the PROCOTOL. Then she ran into the room and asked someone to call security to chase us away!!! I don't know where the ethic is for INTERCARE, where the service is for the patient! What a terrible attitude!!!
