Awesome Service (Dental) - Intercare Northriding

I visited Intercare Northriding on July 16, 2023, for a procedure that I dreaded based on my previous experience elsewhere. Online booking was seamless. The receptionist was welcoming and polite. I was assisted by Dr. Nahomie MUKENDI. She and her assistant were phenomenal. They took time to hear me out and understand my fears, given my past experience. They did everything to calm and reassure me. Dr. MUKENDI talked me through the process. I knew exactly what was coming every step of the way. Her professionalism is unsurpassed. Her calm, specialized and skilled demeanor made me relax completely. Before I knew it, the procedure was done. She patiently explained my post care routine and promised to follow up the following day to check on how I was doing. The following day, not only did I have a missed call, I received an email after the failed attempt to reach me to.check if everything went well.amd if I was okay. I have never experienced anything like this before. I recommend her and have implicit trust and confidence in her.
