Absolute shocking/disgusting service
- My sister walked with the baby in her hand and produced my medical aid card of which my daughter is a beneficiary. She informed the lady at reception that the child was ill and needed to see a doctor as an matter of urgency. At that point my child's temperature was extremely high and her breathing was irregular which for an almost tow year old, could possibly be a matter of life and death
